Episode 25. Living Mindfully with Claire E. Parsons

Claire E. Parsons is a law firm partner, mother of two daughters, published author, and passionate advocate of mindfulness meditation. At a low point in her life and career, she began a mindfulness practice. Claire shares how it transformed her life, her motherhood journey, and her legal career. Claire completed the 160-hour online meditation teacher certification program with The Mindfulness Center, to refine her understanding of the science of mindfulness and its practical applications. Claire enjoys writing and teaching about her experience with mindfulness in her practical, and often humorous voice, to help others in the legal profession take their legal minds from burdened to brilliant.

Listen in for insight into how mindfulness can help you gain clarity, reduce stress, and create a little bit of mental space for self-compassion.
